RFQ session

When RFQ submission is enabled and you begin the submission process, the website sets a necessary session cookie named yance-rfq-session. It contains an opaque random value, rather than your name, email or product requirements. It is restricted to the RFQ API path, is not accessible to page scripts and is set for 30 minutes. On an HTTPS deployment it uses the Secure attribute.

This session connects a submission attempt with the server-side request process. It is not a buyer account or an advertising identifier.

Administrator authentication

Authorised staff use Supabase authentication cookies to sign in to the private administration area. Public visitors do not need to create an account. These cookies are used to maintain and verify staff access.

Form protection

When RFQ submission is enabled, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile to assess whether a submission can proceed. Turnstile processes technical information as part of its security service. Its behaviour depends on the approved widget configuration. Pre-clearance is not part of our initial configuration.

Drafts and optional tracking

Unsaved RFQ text is held in the page's memory during navigation. It is cleared by refreshing or closing the page. The current implementation does not store an RFQ draft in browser local storage.

Analytics, advertising cookies and marketing trackers are not enabled in this launch configuration. We will review any later introduction of optional tracking separately and update this policy accordingly.

Browser choices

Your browser can clear or block cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent RFQ submission or administrator sign-in. The Privacy Policy acknowledgement in the RFQ concerns the handling of inquiry information; it is not a blanket opt-in to analytics or marketing cookies.
