Website purpose

The website introduces YANCE's sourcing services, factory profiles and sourcing guides. Procurement requirements submitted through the website are handled by YANCE. The website does not provide factory accounts, buyer accounts, online payments or an order system.

Factory information

Factory profiles describe the information available for sourcing review. A Listed profile is not a YANCE Verified profile. A YANCE Verified designation is available only where the applicable review standard and current supporting records have been satisfied.

Descriptions, catalog information and photographs do not by themselves guarantee product conformity, capacity, pricing, availability or delivery. Confirm the requirements for your specific product and destination before making a purchasing decision. Do not assume that a sourcing guide or a factory designation replaces a product-specific assessment.

Requests and commercial arrangements

Submitting an RFQ asks YANCE to review your sourcing requirements. It does not create an order, contract, quotation acceptance or guaranteed response deadline. Prices, quantities, samples, quality requirements, payment terms and schedules are agreed separately as the work progresses.

Provide accurate information and only information you are authorised to share. Do not submit unlawful material, credentials, malicious content or requests intended to interfere with the website. File uploads are disabled in this version.

The YANCE brand assets and website content are protected by their respective owners' rights. Supplier photographs and materials remain subject to the rights of their owners. Viewing the website does not grant permission to reproduce a logo, photograph or supplier material for another purpose.
