Privacy Policy

Version: V1.0-2026-10-11

Effective date: 11 October 2026

YANCE Sourcing is operated by 深圳衍策量化科技有限公司. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through this website. For privacy questions, contact chen115184@gmail.com.

Information you provide

Our Request a Quote form asks for your product requirements, name and email address. You may also provide your company, WhatsApp number, message, quantity and destination country. File uploads are disabled in this version. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in your request.

We record the factory or sourcing guide referenced by your request, where applicable, and the website page through which you entered the form. We do not require a buyer account.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to review your requirements, communicate with you and coordinate sourcing work. Submitting an RFQ does not create an order, a purchase contract or a commitment to a quoted price or delivery date. Any further commercial arrangements need to be agreed separately.

We also use limited technical information to protect the form against abuse, maintain its operation and investigate delivery problems. The application uses an IP-derived keyed hash for submission limits rather than storing the raw IP address in the RFQ record. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses and other technical information in their own systems.

Service providers and sourcing contacts

We use Vercel for our primary website hosting, Supabase for the database and media storage, Cloudflare Turnstile for form protection, and Resend for inquiry notification emails. Render is retained as a temporary test deployment. These providers process information needed to perform their respective services. Processing may take place outside your country. We do not represent that all data is stored in a particular country.

To handle procurement requirements, we may disclose relevant information to potential suppliers and technical service providers to the extent necessary for that work. This may include contact information where it is needed to handle the request. Information is not published as a public RFQ. The website does not give factories access to your RFQ through a factory account.

Processing may involve YANCE's team in China and service providers operating in other countries. We do not automatically add RFQ contacts to a marketing list, and this form is not a marketing subscription.

Retention

Our initial retention period for RFQ text is 24 months from submission. At the end of that period, we review and remove or anonymise the inquiry data under our retention procedure. If a specific legal obligation requires different handling, we assess that obligation separately. A future policy change will be reflected in an updated policy.

Security sessions, submission recovery identifiers and delivery records have separate operational purposes. Access to these records is limited. Hosting and email providers apply their own documented retention practices. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup or provider log when an active inquiry is removed.

Your choices and requests

You can choose whether to submit an inquiry and whether to fill in the optional fields. You must acknowledge this policy before submitting. That acknowledgement is not a marketing subscription.

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information. Include your inquiry reference if available; do not send passwords or identity documents with the initial request. We may need proportionate verification before acting on a request. Applicable rights and obligations depend on the relevant law and circumstances.

Security and changes

Inquiry records are restricted to authorised staff and the server processes needed to operate the form. Email delivery failure does not remove a saved inquiry. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. The form records the policy version acknowledged when a request is submitted. The applicable version and effective date are shown at the top of this policy.
